Baby Sage was born on June 1, 2009 but he passed away after only a few hours from complications of Down Syndrome. We would have been overjoyed to experience the life of this beautiful, precious, baby boy, but he will live on in our hearts. His angelic loving spirit surrounds us always.

Creator of the world,

We stand before you in a dark time, and entrust to your great care our baby Sage, who was loved completely.

We pray you welcome him to Summerland and that he may rest in your great house. We pray that you guide his grandmother Harriet and great grandfather Eugene that they may be together in paradise.

We pray that you keep us strong in this dark time, and grant us the strength to live without him to find comfort in the fact that all will be together again when we are called to our eternal rest.
